This is a legal agreement between you and Zillove limited ("Zillove", “us”, “our”, or “we”), this Agreement applies to the access and use of the zillove websites, including each website's mobile and online versions of each “Website” or the “Websites” and to the download and use of any of our applications, including mobile apps collectively referred to as ” Applications”, and registration to or use of any of the products and services provided by us to facilitate dating between individuals for personal, entertainment and non-commercial purposes through the aforementioned electronic communication platforms, with the Websites and Applications, each of “Service” or the “Services”.

By using any of these products and services and the web site(s) hereby collectively referred to as Services in this document, you agree to be bound by the following terms of Service, including privacy policy for as long as you continue to use the Service, which may be updated by us from time to time. Uunless otherwise agreed in writing with Zillove, when using Zillove owned or operated products and services, you and Zillove shall be subject to any additional terms, guidelines, or rules applicable to such products or services.

In relation to the products and service offered to you, where Additional Terms apply to a product or a Service, these will be accessible for you to read either within, or through your use of, that Service. If there is any contradiction between what the Additional Terms say and what the ZilloveTerms say, then the Additional Terms shall take precedence.

The Zillove Services consist of the following, without limitation:

A Single Service designed for single people looking to find date, love, Romance, and lifelong partners (the “Singles Service”),

A content Service such a advice, people and places, dating and relationship resources, events news, fun containing articles about and related to relationships, and any additional services currently offered or which will be offered in the future by or on behalf of use. Zillove may offer new services or revise any of the Services, at its discretion, and this Agreement will apply to all additional services or revised Services. Zillove also reserves the right to cease offering any of the Services.

The Terms of service, together with the Additional Terms, govern your relationship with Zillove, and form a legally binding agreement between you and Zillove in relation to your use of the single Services. These are referred to as the “Zillove terms of service” and are subject to change, update, modification by Zillove in its sole discretion at any time. We will notify you of any such changes, modifications, updates by posting an updated version of the Agreement on this page. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of revisions to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of such revisions. Please consult the end of this Agreement to determine when the Agreement was last revised.

If these terms of service are translated into another language for your understanding by us, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of the Terms of service will govern your relationship with Zillove. In addition, you agree that if there is any contradiction between what the English language version of the Terms say and what a translation says, then the English language version shall take precedence.

For Clarity purposes, we define the words or terminology used in these Terms of service and their meaning:

Account:

Refers to the strictly personal interface, which is accessible to Members and Subscribers, permitting them to be identified on the Websites, benefit from the Services they have registered for or subscribed to, complete and modify their Profile and, if applicable, renew or modify their Subscription.

Platform:

Refers to the Websites accessible to all Members.

Activity:

both refer to, depending on the Website delivering the Service, any free or paid event allowing Members and Subscribers and, if applicable, their Guests to meet online or in person, offered in accordance with its own terms of service.

Contributor:

Refer to experts who are ready to answer ours members dating and relationships question and Contributor are posters on our contributor network.

Member:

Refers to a user who has access to one of the products and Services after validly registering for free on the Websites.

Paid Services:

Refers to all paid Services available to Subscribers, including the features, resources, tools, and upgrades.

Profile:

Refers to a space provided to a Member or Subscriber, which comprises of the Member's or Subscriber's self-description, including his/her characteristics, photos and videos, and which is accessible by other Members and Subscribers.

Products or Services.

Specialized services or pages.

Refers to the Websites providing reserved services for certain categories of Members or Subscribers.

Free member.

Refer to a registered member who is not subscribing to any paid services and so, are not using the fully features, resources and tools from Zillove

Subscriber:

Refers to a user of one or more Services who has purchased a Subscription to one or more Services.

Subscription:

Refers to a fixed price giving access to Services, including paid Services, for a limited period specified in the relevant Subscription purchased by a Subscriber.

Terms of Use:

Refers to this contract you have will go into or have gone into between you and Zillove.

Third-party Websites:

Refers to any third-party websites or mobile application.

Upgrade:

Refers to any Paid Service other than a Subscription

General Public:

Refers to any user who visits the Website without registering or without having access to connect to our members nor has

his/her Account on Zillove. The public will normally see our only homepage and footnotes

Websites:

Refers to all electronic communication platforms with the Websites, Specialized or targeted and Applications provided by zillove

Support:

Refers to Zillove help central and from here, you can contact our customer care center for any question.

Abuse reporting

Refer to when you have a case of infringement, intellectual property, rights and delinquency to report to us.

Eligibility

Minimum age allowed

You must be at least 18 years old to register for the Services. By using the Singles Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Your marital status

By registering to use or using the Singles Service, you represent and warrant that you are single or (if legally married) separated. If you are married and not separated, you may not register to use or use the Singles Service.

Criminal history

By requesting to use, registering to use, and/or using our dating Service, you represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony (or other indictable offense) and/or are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity. Additionally, you promise and warrant that you are not a member of any scamming organization like Nigeria 419 nor Russian ladies scammers.

Zillove does not currently conduct criminal background checks but we do carry out both manual and electronic screening of your submitted personal details and photos

However, to the extent permissible by applicable law, Zillove reserves the right to conduct any criminal background check, at any time and using available public records, to confirm your compliance with this subsection.

By creating an Account with us, You the Member or Subscriber acknowledges that you are fully informed of and bound by all the provisions of the Terms of Use as well as authorized any such check if it is legally permissible in your jurisdiction

Meeting the right person for you

To find highly compatible matches that meet your search criteria, this Singles Service requires your completion of our personality questionnaires to find us match you with the right person for you.

Using our services

As a user of any of the Services hereby referred to as a "Registered User", you agree to the following terms of service.

That you are aware that your registration to the Services is free.

The Visitor, Member or Subscriber shall exclusively bear the costs for the means to access the Services as well as for the use of such means.

Acceptance of these Terms of Use when registering constitutes the formal conclusion of the membership contract for the Services. This results in becoming a Member, discovering the Services and gives access to free functionalities of the Services described in article 4.1 below.

To register and thus become a Member, every Visitor who is interested in the Services must be at least 18 years old, meet the conditions for registration or access to the relevant Services, have the requisite legal capacity to enter into a contract, read these Terms of Use, the cookie policy , our Community standards and the Privacy policy and complete the mandatory fields in the registration form.

Registration

It is free to register for our dating and Singles Service, which may be used by you at no cost (“Basic Membership”). The member is requested to complete our basic questionnaires by giving information on his/her physical appearance, hobbies, profession and all other personal information he/she wishes to share with the other Members through the singles Service,

Basic Profile

Once all the necessary conditions for registration are met, every Member creates a strictly confidential and personal username and password, which allows him/her to access his/her Account. Sharing of these personal details such as electronic address, postal address, telephone number etc., with other members are expressly prohibited by us.

Please note that, as a “Basic member”, you will only be able to view members online but will not be able to contact anyone including blurred versions of your of your potential matches' profile photos. However, you may be able to see an unblurred version of your matches' primary profile photos in some instances, and at our discretion. As a Basic member, you will then be able to send as many predefined communications (For example, favorite, wink etc.) to other members as you want; however, you will only have a limited ability to send and read personalized messages. It`s also worth noting that we may limit the number of predefined communications that you can send if required to protect our members and to secure our Service as further set out in this Agreement. As a free member, you will also not be able to use many of products and services features, tools but may be limited to using some functionalities, services and resources.

Personality profile

After meeting the basic registration questionnaires, you will be taken or asked to answer our personality-based testing which has been structured by reference to specific psychological criteria. The results of the personality testing as well as comprehensive statistical comparative data are used by Zillove to automatically create your individual personality profile. Your personality profile will then be integrated into our database. Once in our database, your personality profile is through an automated process matched up to the profiles of other members, which enables Zillove to determine your compatibility with those members. Depending on the type of services and features you have subscribed to, Zillove will provide you with recommended “potential matches”, which will appear in your matching platform you have subscribed to. This information will be provided to you as a condensed profile of the other compatible members, along with their primary profile photo.

Membership

The dating products and services includes a membership option that offers distinctive features, tools and many resources not available under a Basic Membership, for which you will need to purchase a subscription. Depending on the type of membership you subscribe to. If you purchase a paying member, you will regularly be exposed to updated matches from us. These matches will be continuously updated to include new members who have been added to our database since you became a paying or a Premium member. As a paying member or a Premium member, you will be able to see unblurred match and other members primary and any additional photos. Contact and initiate communication with your matches including other members you decide to contact, conduct searches for those matches based on specific criteria (e.g., distance) and respond to matches and other communications without restriction. Please note that we may still limit the number of communications that you can send and receive if required to protect our members and to secure our Service as further set out in this Agreement.

Free features for members.

Registration to the Services allows individuals to become a Member and provides access to free features. These features are not the same offered to paying members, depending on the type of Services available to free members, these may change over time. It should be remembered that becoming a Member does not allow free members to use all the functionalities of the Website. Depending on the Services and subject to restrictions set by these terms for free Members if any, free features and resources notably include the creation of the Profile, fun, certain search features, resources , consultation of other Members’ Profiles and registration for participation in Events, contribution and other activities.

Every Member can control, through his/her Account, the options which allow him/her to be visible but not on the specialized service pages reserved only to paying members on this website and thus able to be contacted, if applicable, through those. In order word, A Member may access the Specialized products and services provided that he/she satisfies the conditions applicable to Members of that Specialized website. Please note that accessing certain features, resources and Communication with other Members generally requires a Subscription.

Subscribers

Selection of a plan and purchase of a Subscription allows the subscriber access to the features described on the package he/she has subscribed to.

Subscription to the Services, with or without an Upgrade, is paid for. The Member may purchase a Subscription and, thus, become a Subscriber and benefit from use of the features, tools and other services therein and from the functionalities of his/her Subscription. Please note that Zillove is designed so you can always date and find the right person for you. This opportunity is madame available to every member. Start as low as you can possible. Paying members has access to many features contained in their respective purchases. As a paying members, you can initiate communication with other members, with your matches , Receive and send unlimited messages.

Premium member

To become a Premium member, you will be required to pay a subscription fee. All prices listed by us on the Service are offered in the displayed currency and exclude applicable taxes and duties.

Subscription Plans

When purchasing a plan, you will be asked to supply certain payment information, including information regarding your billing account. To do this, the Member must first identify him/herself using his/her email address and his/her confidential password. After choosing his/her Subscription plan and method of payment, the Member must submit his/her payment. This last step formally concludes the membership contract to the Paid Services and the complete, unreserved acceptance of the Terms of Use. Once the payment has been submitted, the Subscriber is directed to a payment confirmation page. Zillove acknowledges receipt of the purchase of a Subscription by sending an email.

You agree that all information that you provide to us will be accurate, complete, and current. Besides, You agree to pay all valid charges incurred by you or any other user of your account (including all installment payments and/or fees, if applicable) and/or any fees for the use of any payment mechanism or account connected to your Zillove subscription, including any applicable taxes and processing charges, if any, relating to your subscriptions.

If any problems arise with the billing account or credit or debit card associated with your subscription (for example, the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable)), our payment processor will automatically reschedule the billing date until the amount due is paid in full. If these attempts fail and/or the issue(s) cannot be resolved by contacting the account and/or card issuer, we will notify you via email using the email address associated with your account requesting that you resolve the problem, and may suspend or terminate your subscription. However, you acknowledge and agree that we may first attempt to obtain updated billing information, including but not necessarily limited to credit or debit card numbers and/or expiration date information from your card issuer, and to update this information in your account and use such information to process future payments.

By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to store and/or transfer your payment details and all other relevant information as needed to facilitate the processing of payments. You may select to purchase a plan in one upfront payment or in installments, if applicable. You agree and authorize us to charge you applicable sales or other related taxes to which your subscription may be subject and which may vary from time to time.

Duration of any plan

Zillove currently offers 6, 12, and 24-month for all plans which are automatically renewable for consecutive12 month terms (or other term lengths, as agreed-upon by you during the purchase process) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of your current term.

Upgrading options

Additional Upgrades may be purchased by the Subscriber. All features of these Upgrades will be described on the dedicated pages.

Specialized products and services

Zillove has designed many special products, features and tools and activities therein and many more will be developed in the future, so this section does not apply to the Websites where this feature is not available.

The Member must have a photo on his Profile to exploit the opportunity that product has to offer.

The right product or service

The member must study the product to find out the opportunity such product has to offer him or her. Zillove has provided each information per a product.

Must be aware

Each product has its own terms of service, even its own privacy policy

Should Zillove be held liable for any claim arising out of or in connection with possession of the product or service by a Member or Subscriber, the latter shall defend and indemnify Zillove from and against all claims, actions, liabilities, costs, damages, losses, expenses suffered or incurred by Zillove arising out of or in connection with the Member's or Subscriber's actions or inactions or in any way related to the subscription to the product. Please note that each product has its own terms of service that must be followed.

Fees and method of payment

The fees and the terms of payment are described on the Websites. Members may pay either by bank card (on the internet or through a mobile service) or by using an online payment service provided (PayPal, Direct Debit etc.) according to the options given on the relevant Website. The fees are indicated in local currency, inclusive of all taxes.

The Subscriber may also purchase one or more service and/or Upgrades his/her option after purchasing his/her Subscription according to the conditions set out above and benefit from the features offered by the purchased products or Upgrade immediately. The Subscriber is, therefore, charged on a prorated basis for the period from the day the product or Upgrade is purchased until the end of the current Subscription.

Auto renewal of service

In order, to provide continuous service, Zillove automatically renews all paid Subscriptions On the expiry of each period of validity, unless you cancel at least 72 hours before it expires, the Subscription shall be renewed for periods equivalent to that originally chosen, unless terminated by the Subscriber in accordance with the terms and conditions set in the article below. In particular cases, shorter renewal periods may apply as identified on the Website at the time of Subscription. Once renewed, the Subscription, including any Upgrades (if any), will be charged to the Subscriber at the standard (non-discounted) rate. By entering into the agreement, you acknowledge that your account will be subject to the above automatically renewals. In connection with any renewal, you agree and authorize us to charge you applicable charges, including installment fees, sales or other related taxes to which your subscription may be subject, and which may vary from time to time. ‘in all cases, if you do not wish your account to renew automatically, please follow the directions set out under cancellations of subscription at the “My Account” section, which allows a Subscriber to manage his/her Subscription and, if applicable, the termination of the automatic renewal.

Third parties’ services

The Subscriber may also purchase other ad hoc products or service provided by some third parties services. Please note that the Services do not currently advertise any third-party goods or services and do not contain links to third-party websites. However, Zillove reserves its rights to advertise on the products and Services, include third-party website links on the products and Services, including without limitation, advertisers, which are not under the control of Zillove, and Zillove is not responsible for the content of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website, or any changes or updates to such websites. Zillove provides these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply that Zillove endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content on such third-party website. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers or sweepstakes or other promotion sponsors found on or through the Services (including payment and delivery of related goods or services, any personal information or opt-in contact information voluntarily given to advertisers and sweepstake sponsors, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings) are solely between you and such advertiser or sweepstakes or promotion sponsor. You agree that Zillovey will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings, including the sharing of the information you supply to Zillove, with advertisers or sweepstakes or promotion sponsors, or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Services. In any case, the purchase of goods, or services published by Zillove on the website does not in any case give access to Paid Services without the purchase of a Subscription. Right to cancel your subscription

Cancel

According to the consumer regulation in UK, the Member is informed that he/she has fourteen days from the purchase of a plan to exercise his/her right to cancel, without incurring any liability and without giving a reason, by regular post sent to Zillove or by filling out the cancellation form available here or by sending a clear statement requesting this to the email address:customercare@help.zillove.com . Only requests relating to the exercise of this right to cancel will be processed from these contact addresses. We are aware that this type of regulation may vary from country to country and we intend to follow each country`s consumer regulation strictly. For the cancellation to be effectively exercised, the Subscriber must send his/her request within the fourteen-day cancellation period.

The Subscriber may, if he/she wishes to, access the Paid Services immediately without waiting for the end of the cancellation period cancel his/her subscription. There is a dedicated button in the accountant management and in the payment confirmation page for this purpose.

If the Subscriber does not wish to access the Paid Services immediately, he/she may leave the Website after submitting his/her payment and wait for the expiry of the fourteen-day period. Nevertheless, if the Subscriber connects to his/her Account and uses the Services before the end of the cancellation period, this first log in from the purchase of a Subscription constitutes an express request by the Subscriber to have immediate access to the Paid Services.

Reimbursement

In any event, immediate access to the Services does not deprive the Subscriber from his/her right to cancel, which remains valid until the expiry of the fourteen-day period. However, the Subscriber who has requested to benefit from the Paid Services before the end of the cancellation period must pay a pro-rated amount for his/her use of the Services. Zillove shall, therefore, reimburse the Subscriber for the cost of the Subscription by deducting the amount equivalent to the days which have passed between the date he/she first used the Subscription and the date Zillove received the request to cancel, provided that every day used shall be payable.

The reimbursement shall be made within 14 days from the date Zillove was informed of the Subscriber's decision to cancel, by the same means of payment which was used by the Subscriber for the initial transaction, save for any instruction from the latter to the contrary.

Obligations to the product and Services we provide

The purpose of the products or Services, including the Paid Services, is not organizing ‘real life’, in person dates between the Members and/or the Subscribers, nor marital counselling leading to marriage nor establishing a stable union, regardless of the Member's or Subscriber's personal motivations in this respect.

Zillove expressly exclude all liability in connection with events of any nature, which could take place between Members or Subscribers during online interactions, whether through the Websites or through Third Party Websites, or during ‘real life’, in person dates between Members or Subscribers arising from use of the products and Services.

Verification of members profiles

The purpose of the Services, including the Paid Services, is not the provision of access to the Internet nor the provision of electronic communication services to the public. As a result, Zillove does not verify the actual identity of Members or Subscribers when they connect to the Website. Further, they do not control nor moderate exhaustively any of the content, which the Members and Subscribers may publish or upload on the Services under their sole liability. However, the photographs and the description featuring on the Profile of every Member or Subscriber will be verified.

Therefore, Members and Subscribers are reminded that they are prohibited from disclosing any information to other Members or Subscribers, which allows them to be identified or located (surname, postal address, email, telephone number…) with the exception of their username, through the Services.

Managing your free and paid services

Exclusive Use.

Your account is for your personal use only. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity, except if previously agreed to by us. You acknowledge that Zillove is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your usernames and password.

Geographic Limitations.

The Services are intended for use in the countries we operate in. However, please note that Zillove also provides the ability to register for the Services in certain other countries, and you may search for and receive matches from members located in such countries. Zillove reserves the right to not provide or stop providing the Services in any jurisdiction at any time in its sole discretion. You will only use the Services in a manner consistent with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, export control laws of any country. By using the Services, you represent that you have not been designated nor prohibited by any laws. You are responsible for determining whether the use of the Services is legal in your jurisdiction.

Submitted information.

To the extent permitted by law, you are solely responsible for, and assume all liability regarding, (i) the information and content you contribute to the Services; (ii) the information and content you post, transmit, publish, or otherwise make available (hereinafter "post") through the Services; and (iii) your interactions with other Registered Users through the Services. You warrant and represent that all information provided to Zillove through our Services or otherwise will be tru5thful, accurate, and complete, and will be submitted only for lawful purposes. Details of how Zillove may use information you provide or post which is personal to you are set out in our privacy policy.

Risk Assumption and Precautions.

You assume all risk when using the Services, including but not limited to all the risks associated with any online or offline interactions with others, including dating. You agree to take all necessary precautions when meeting individuals through the Singles Service. In addition, you agree to review and follow the recommendations set forth in Zillove's safety tips which is available at the bottom of all pages of the Singles Service.

No Guarantees.

Zillove may not be able to provide matches for everyone seeking to use its services. Furthermore, Zillove makes no guarantees as to the number or frequency of matches through the Singles Service, or to such matches' ability, desire or criteria to communicate with any user. You understand that Zillove makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ultimate compatibility with individuals you meet through the Singles Service or as to the conduct of such individuals.

Reporting of Violations.

You will promptly report to Zillove any violation of the Agreement by others, including but not limited to, Registered Users.

Content Removal.

Zillove reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the information or material you submit to the Services or post in the public areas of the Services. Zillove will have the right to remove any such information or material that in its sole opinion violates, or may violate, any applicable law or either the letter or spirit of this Agreement or upon the reasonable request of any third party. Zillove further reserves the right to remove matches previously delivered to you, in its reasonable discretion, in order to assure that you have a quality experience on the Services.

Third party services

The Member or Subscriber is responsible for the use of his/her identification elements by third parties or the actions or statements made by an intermediary on his/her Account, whether they are fraudulent or not, and will indemnify Zillove for any claim arising in connection with these, other than in the event of fault exclusively attributable to Zillove or technical failure of the Services.

Moreover, Zillove is not obliged and does not have the technical means to verify the identity of individuals registering to the Services. If the Member or Subscriber has reason to believe that another person is using his/her identification elements or his/her Account, he/she must inform us immediately.

Posting and Communication Restrictions.

You will not post, transmit to other users, communicate any content (or links thereto), or otherwise engage in any activity on or through the Services, that:

Never promote racism and xenophobic
You must indulge in Promoting racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual

Threaten others
intended to or tends to abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate any other users of the Services;

Do not indulge in:
Defamatory, intentionally inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually charged, obscene or otherwise objectionable or unlawful;
iv. infringes the intellectual property right of Zillove or any third party including copyright in and to content (e.g., music, movies, videos, photographs, images, software, literary works, etc.);

Livestream or image
Contains video, audio photographs, or images of another person.

Illegal activities
Promotes or enables illegal or unlawful activities, such as instructions on how to make or buy illegal weapons or drugs, violate someone's privacy, harm or harass another person, steal someone else's identity, create or disseminate computer viruses, or circumvent copy-protect devices;

No fraud attempts
False or misrepresentative or otherwise intended to defraud, swindle or deceive other users of the Services;

Virus and malwares
Contain viruses, ransomware, time bombs, trojan horses, cancelbots, worms or other harmful, or disruptive codes, components or devices;

No religious, political solicitation etc of any kind
Promotes or solicits involvement in or support of a political platform, religion, cult, or sect;

Respect others personal data
Disseminates another person's personal information without his or her permission or collects or solicits another person's personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes;

Unnecessary criticism of others
Off-topic, meaningless, or otherwise intended to annoy or interfere with others' enjoyment of the Services.

Never carry out impersonation activity
Impersonates, or otherwise misrepresents affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity.

No solicitation of Gambling
Solicits gambling or engages in any gambling or similar activity;

No unlawful access to the service
Uses scripts, bots or other automated technology to access the Services;

NO spamming
Uses the Services for chain letter, junk mail or spam email

Private and confidential information.
Collects or solicits personal information about anyone under 18; or

Fraudulent activity

In any way used for or in connection with spamming, spimming, phishing, trolling, or similar activities.

No False Information.

You will not provide inaccurate, misleading, or false information to Zillove or to any other user. If information provided to Zillove or another user subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading, or false, you will promptly notify Zillove of such change.

No Advertising or Commercial Solicitation.

You will not advertise or solicit any user to buy or sell any products or services on or through the Services. You may not transmit any chain letters, junk or spam e-mail to other users or other unsolicited commercial messages. Further, you will not use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent. If you breach the terms of this subsection and send or post unsolicited bulk email, "spam" or other unsolicited communications of any kind through the Services, you acknowledge that you will have caused substantial harm to Zillove. To the extent permissible under applicable law, as a reasonable estimation of such harm, you agree to pay Zillove $50 USD for each such unsolicited communication you send through the Services.

Unique and Bona Fide Profile.

As a Registered User of the Singles Service, you will create only one unique profile. In addition, your use of the Singles Service must be for bona fide relationship-seeking purposes in order to maintain the integrity of the Singles Service (for example, you may not become a Registered User solely to compile a report of compatible singles in your area, or to write a school research paper). Not all registered users are available for matching. From time to time, Zillove may create test profiles in order to monitor the operation of the Services.

No Harassment of Employees or Agents.

You will not harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any Zillove employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.

Social Media.

We may provide you the option to connect your Zillove account to your account on some social networking websites (such as via Continue with Facebook) for the purpose of logging in, uploading information or enabling certain features on the Service. When enabling this feature, we will disclose to you the information we collect from the connected social networking website and will use such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy. By connecting your Zillove account to your account on any social networking website, you hereby consent to the continuous release of information about you to Zillove. We will not send any of your Zillove account information to the connected social networking website without first disclosing that to you. Each social network may further allow you to set privacy controls around your information on their system, and Zillove's collection of information will always follow such controls and permissions. This feature is subject to continuous change and improvement by us and each social networking website involved, and therefore the available features and shared information are subject to change in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and the terms of use of the relevant social networking site.

Linking, crawling, and framing.

You agree not to, and warrant and represent that you will not assist any third party in engaging in any activity or attempting in any way, to reproduce, in whole or in part, any content provided by the Services through any method , including without limitation, through copying, caching or framing), unless such access is expressly permitted in a written agreement executed by Zillove .

Obligations

The provisions of this article apply from the registration or Subscription and shall remain applicable for the entire duration of use of the product and Services, without prejudice to the provisions of the below article below. To use the Services, the Member or Subscriber agrees to comply with any laws in force, respect the rights of other Members and Subscribers, as well as observe the general and the essential obligations defined below.

No re-sale of product or service

Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Zillove, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, trade,resell the services, use the product and Services for professional profit (advertising, soliciting clients etc.) or generally non-personal purposes.

No spam, No Hookup, No Prostitution

Not use the Services for solicitation not for hookup and prostitution.

No false information posting

Not post, display, or disseminate, in any form whatsoever, false information or content.

No Exposure of your personal data

Not mention on the Website any personal information provided by a Member or Subscriber to Zillove any e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, etc. that would allow a Visitor, Member or Subscriber to contact another Member or Subscriber without using the Services;

No obstructive nor destructive software

Not post, display or disseminate, in any form whatsoever, information or content that has the effect of diminishing, disrupting, preventing the normal use of the Website and Services, interrupting and/or slowing the normal flow of communications between Members and/or Subscribers through the Services, such as software, viruses, logic bombs, mass mailing, etc. Zillove reserve the right to delete mass messages sent by a Member or a Subscriber in order to preserve the quality of normal use of the Services.

No hyperlinks of a third party`s websites

Not post, display, or disseminate, in any form whatsoever, information or content incorporating hyperlinks to Third-party Websites on the Website that are illegal, immoral and/or not conform with the purpose of the Services.

No minor Photo(s)

Not post photo(s) or other visual content which features minors.

Keep your account secured

Use the confidential password and username of the Member or Subscriber strictly to log in to the Services. Therefore, the Member or Subscriber must not, this list not being exhaustive, communicate, disseminate, share, make accessible, in any way or for any reason whatsoever, its passwords and/or usernames to any third party, whoever that is.

Breach of contract

A breach of the Essential Obligations thus defined constitutes a serious breach by the Member or Subscriber of its contractual obligations.

Without prejudice to the provisions of below article, in the event of breach by a Member or Subscriber of one or more of these Essential Obligations plus inappropriate behavior on the Website, Zillove may terminate the contract temporarily or permanently prohibit all access or delete the relevant Member's or Subscriber's Account(s) on all the Websites products and Services.

Use of the Websites, products, and Services

To use the Services, the Member or Subscriber must have the skills, equipment and software necessary for use of the Internet or the mobile applications of the Services. Match has security measures in place in connection with the use of the Services. However, the Member or Subscriber acknowledges that, due to the nature and limitations of the Internet, Zillove cannot warrant that any connection to the Internet or mobile applications will be completely secure.

Must PC or mobile

The Member or Subscriber must have the equipment, including the software and appropriate settings, necessary for the good operation of the product and Services: the latest version of the Internet browser, activated JavaScript functions, permitted session cookies and accepted ‘pop-up’ windows.

MAC users

The use of the Services on a MAC requires the exclusive use of the Mozilla Firefox browser – Match does not warrant optimal operation of the Websites and Services with the Safari or Opera browsers. Note that, for full use of the Services, you will need to have installed the latest version of the Adobe Flash software (downloadable from “www.adobe.com”). Depending on your network configuration (protected by a firewall or proxy) connection to the Websites might not be possible.

Use of pop-up killer

Zillove does not warrant that the Member or Subscriber will be able to use the Services if he/she uses a “pop-up killer” tool or an equivalent; in this case, this function must be disabled before using the Services.

Lack of access

Zillove does not warrant that the Member or Subscriber will be able to use the Services if his/her Internet service provider fails to provide an adequate level of service. Similarly, if applicable, the use of smartphone applications purchased by the Member or Subscriber directly from the provider of the application implies that the latter must have a smartphone and a satisfactory connection.

Poor usage

Zillove is not responsible for any lack of functionality, lack of access or poor conditions of use of the Websites and Services attributable to unsuitable equipment, to the internal functionality failures of the Member's or Subscriber's service provider, the overloading of the Internet network and for all other reasons external to Match constituting a force majeure event.

Maintenance of the products and services

The operation of the Services may be interrupted temporarily due to maintenance, updates or technical improvements, or to update the content and/or the way it is presented. If possible, Match will notify its Members and Subscribers before any maintenance operations or updates which may impact the Services.

Posted Content by members or subscribers

We will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that Zillove may transfer your personal information to Its subsidiaries, trusted partners and Affiliates offices overseas, and may share your personal information with third parties employed to provide some or all of the Services. By registering to use the Services, you consent to this transfer of your personal information. No Contact Information.

You agree that you will not post any full name, phone number, address, email addresses, personal website address or third-party profile page, or other contact information in the profile section of the products and services that will be made available to other Registered Members. You may, at your discretion, exchange such information after you reach the "Text Message" phase with your match.

Disclosure by law.

You acknowledge and agree that Zillove may disclose information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including, if required to do so by law, at the request of certain third parties, or if we, in our sole discretion, believe that disclosure is reasonable to (1) comply with the law, requests or orders from law enforcement, or any legal process (whether or not such disclosure is required by applicable law); (2) protect or defend Zillove, or a third party's, rights or property; or (3) protect someone's health or safety, such as when harm or violence against any person (including the user) is threatened.

Disclosure to Protect Abuse Victims.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or the privacy policy, Zillove reserves the right, but has no obligation, to disclose any information that you submit to the Services, if in its sole opinion, Zillove suspects or has reason to suspect, that the information involves a party who may be the victim of abuse in any form. Abuse may include, without limitation, elder abuse, child abuse, spousal abuse, neglect, or domestic violence. Information, including personal information, may be disclosed to authorities that Zillove, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate to handle such disclosure, provided that such disclosure is pursuant to applicable law. Appropriate authorities may include, without limitation, law enforcement agencies, child protection agencies, or court officials. You hereby acknowledge and agree that Zillove is permitted to make such disclosure.

Use of Anonymous Information for Research.

As set forth in our Privacy Policy, by using the Services, you agree to allow Zillove to anonymously use the information from you and your experiences through the Services to continue Zillove's research into successful relationships and to improve the Services. This research, conducted by psychologists and behavior research scientists, may be published in academic journals. Submit of correct information

Information provided by a Member or Subscriber to any company of the Zillove Group must be accurate and true. The consequences that disclosing this information may have on the Member's or Subscriber's life or the lives of other Members or Subscribers are the exclusive responsibility of the Member or Subscriber concerned. The Member or Subscriber discloses and disseminates information, data, text, content and images that concern it through the Services on his/her own initiative. Accordingly, he/she waives the right to make any claim against the Zillove Group, in particular on the basis of the possible infringement of his/her image or personality rights, honor, reputation or secrecy of his/her private life, that may result from the distribution or dissemination of information that concern him/her under the terms and conditions established in the Privacy Policy to the extent that the Member or Subscriber has previously given his/her voluntary and express consent to such dissemination as a result of his/her registration to the Services, according to the Terms of Use.

Disclaimers

Zillove cannot be held liable for the accuracy or inaccuracy of the information and content provided by other Members, Subscribers and/or the Member or Subscriber him/herself, nor the consequences from the use of this information and content. Similarly, Match cannot be held liable for any content disseminated by a Member or Subscriber that may potentially infringe the rights of one or more of the other Members, Subscribers or third parties and for which Match demonstrates that it was not informed by a Member, Subscriber or third party, or did not have actual and prior knowledge of before its dissemination or did not commit a breach in the performance of any of its contractual obligations under these Terms of Use.

Conduct

The quality of the Services expected by both Match and its Members and Subscribers implies observing a certain level of ethical conduct in the expression and behavior of the Members and Subscribers, respecting the rights of third parties, as well as the laws and regulations in force. To meet this demand for quality, individual responsibility and ethics, the Meetic Group allows any Member or Subscriber to report any content (photography, text, video), behaviours or comments made by another Member or Subscriber that appear to be in violation of the laws and regulations in force, regarding the purpose of the Services, third-party rights or public morals.

Acknowledgement

As a result, Members and Subscribers acknowledge and accept that the data they provide, as well as their behavior or comments made through the Services, may be reported by other Members or Subscribers and may be subject to acts of moderation and/or control by the Zillove Group on the basis of objective assessment criteria. In the event this report or control reveals that a Member or Subscriber violated the laws and regulations in force or his/her contractual obligations under these Terms of Use, Match may want that this Member or Subscriber by removing his/her account according to the below article below. Depending on the behavior or the comments made by Members or Subscribers, the moderation team may decide to block any new registration by the relevant person.

Your account security

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services; Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to Zillove for all activities that occur under your password or account.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree immediately to notify Zillove of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security; You also agree and ensure Zillove that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Zillove cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

The Services do not currently advertise any third-party goods or services and do not contain links to third-party websites. However, Zillove reserves its rights to advertise on the Services and include third-party website links on the Services, including without limitation, advertisers, which are not under the control of Zillove, and Zillove is not responsible for the content of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website, or any changes or updates to such websites. Zillove provides these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply that Zillove endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content on such third-party website. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers or sweepstakes or other promotion sponsors found on or through the Services (including payment and delivery of related goods or services, any personal information or opt-in contact information voluntarily given to advertisers and sweepstake sponsors, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings) are solely between you and such advertiser or sweepstakes or promotion sponsor. You agree that Zillive will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings, including the sharing of the information you supply to Zillovey with advertisers or sweepstakes or promotion sponsors, or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Services. Profile suspension, account closure and Subscription termination

Profile suspension

Each Member or Subscriber may at any moment request the suspension of his/her Profile, namely through the ‘My Account’ section dedicated to this purpose, in order, to no longer be visible on the Websites nor receive notifications. This suspension is temporary and may be carried out when a member on traveling and does not interrupt the Subscription and any current Upgrades. The Member or Subscriber may reactivate his/her Profile at any moment.

Account closure

Each Member or Subscriber may at any moment terminate his/her registration to the Services or his/her Subscription by requesting the closure of his/her Account from Zillove without further charges other than those connected to the transmission of his/her request and without reason, namely through the ‘My Account’ section, by email, using the contact form or by any means which may be indicated in this section. This request shall be deemed made on the working day following the one the request for closure of the relevant Account is received by Zillove and the Subscriber may no longer use his/her Subscription and any current Upgrades.
